The wrist is a complex region, and there are many causes of potential injury. It is used in almost all activities of daily living, and can therfore be diffucult to rest when required. Wrist injuries respond well to physiotherapy treatment, and early intervention is important in order for the best possible outcome.

Hand Pain & Injury
The hand is made up of many joints involving the wrist, hand, thumb, and fingers. There are also many tendons, muscles and nerves involved as well. It is a specialty area of physiotherapy, and therefore very important to have the correctly trained physiotherapist to treat you.
